Tito Lopez Says "Hip-Hop Back!!!

Hip-Hop Back Freestyle

LEAVE A COMMENT IF YOU FEEL BOLD ENOUGH!!!!

TheVerdict: Waka Flocka "Round Of Applause"....

Everyone knows I am NOT a fan of Waka Flocka (BURN NIGGA BURN, IN THE NAME OF SWEET BABY JESUS.. BURNNNN!).  But, we here at the Unbias-when-we-wanna-be Institute of Truth and Hip-Hop (UITH pronounced 'youth') that is Where's My 40 Acres have to talk about everything relevant in the game.  Sadly, this nomerin' misnomer ass nigga is relevant, still.  May the ghetto gods be so merciful in my favor.  In true rapper tradition, Waka has a tape dropping soon and this is one of the tracks from the album Triple F Life.  Its produced by one of @MsMusicLover's all-time favorite producers, Lex Luger.  I really hope this doesn't make me wish for the sacrificial death of my people.  Lawd knows it seems like we need it sometimes.

Waka Flocka - Round Of Applause (Prod. by Lex Luger)

-Did this nigga really BURP in the opening of the song...smh..  Giving birth to a nigga that turns out like this should be a f*cking felony charge

TheVerdict: *Cocks back, POW!*.........Naw, I'm just playing.  Actually, the Earth must be spinning in reverse today because this song isn't that bad.  The beat actually serves its purpose of making a chick with heaux tendencies feel the Ambiance of Heaux (the strip club or my mama's basement).  I am not fooled.  Waka Flocka is club music, dumb music, dread shakers music, too-many-niggas-in-that-Windstar music, "Hey Jim look at those porch monkeys over there, lets arrest em" ass music.  The beat is really the only saving grace.  Waka Flocka sounds like someone hit em with a tranquilizer or maybe he's just reading his lyrics (lol, that nigga don't read).  Either way, he's sounds like a zombie with a job at the ship yard as a painter.  But, even with that said, the song is catchy.  So if there's a fatty near by, I suggest you start playing and watch the owner of that behind lose control.
It's A Keeper!

Yelawolf Links Up W/ Lil Jon For Some "Hard White (Up In The Club)" (Prod. by Tha Hydrox)...

I seen the post of this on Rapradar.com and was like, "Where the f*ck lil on come from." Jon is usually sitting ring side at the UFC events drunk as hell. I got to say though, this track is tough! When was the last time Lil Jon got you hype with out raising your blood pressure by not just shutting the hell up and letting you hear the song? I remember when he was The Best Hypeman Without A Rapper. Seems like he's back in rare form. This beat is sick!  Oh yea, ofcourse Yelawolf killed it! Ghetto Vision Dropping 9/27...

Big K.R.I.T. & Yelawolf Sing "Happy Birthday Hip Hop"

"Say it ain't so KRIT! B*tch, I'm just sayin!"
If anybody else would of dropped a song titled this, I would instantly snickered like "corny mutha f*ckin rappers". But, even I can admit, I, like most, have a bias to Krit.

Asher Roth ft. D.A. Wallach "Another One Down" [CDQ]

Why rap fans don't seem to want to give Roth the respect he deserves. Its definitely not because he's white; look at Yelawolf and MGK. It can't be because of his infatuation with Lark Voorhies. Why do yall think I know how to spell her name? Either way, the kid is dope and should be treated as such.

Cunninglynguists ft. Big K.R.I.T "Murder (Act ii)" (Prod by Kno)

Dope track from Cunninglynguists March 2011 Album "Oneirology". Definitely check that out if you haven't yet! It just amazes me how Big K.R.I.T. can jump on ANY beat and rip it. He makes his style fit and the delivery is always on point. Listen to this and tell me dude ain't he future Hov of this rap sh*t.

Actual Proof "One, Two" (Prod. by Enigma)

I can't lie man, I'm jealous of these guys.  They get to work with 9th Wonder.  They get to role with the whole Wonderful World Music Group team.  They are a part of the Jamla Army movement.  They got an LRG endorsement for this tape.  They aren't just writing either.  Since they're over there with the Soul Council, they're also producing alot of their tracks.  All this growth in such a short time just makes me wonder, "What the F*ck Am I Really Doin with My Life?"

Consequence Says This Won't End Until "Jay-z Intervenes"

"This Campaign of Terror will continue until Jay-Z intervenes"
*FacePalm of the Century*

Where the hell do I even begin.  Maybe I should start with Con saying, "I'm the most talked about commodity in Hip Hop". Nah, I should probably fastforward to, "I'm the best PURE lyricists in hip hop and in music right now".  As ridiculous as both of those sound.  To me, that wasn't even the worst shit he said.  THE WORST SHIT HE SAID WAS, he sang the chorus on Party by Beyonce (That's Not Even One Of Her Best Singles Released).  Listen for yourselves:

Consequence Calls into WGCI’s The Morning Riot

Really Con?  Really, Sir!  So you was harmonizing on Party.  That was you sanging "SOOOO IN LOOVEEEE!!"  C'mon Dexter.  What.The.F*ck! does that have to do with you being a rapper, making good rap music, and getting attention for it in 2011, dawg.  You haven't dropped an album, in four years...4 YEARS!!!  You got a buhgillion mixtapes.  Movies on Demand II was tight but it ain't seeing nothing in most peoples' top 10, sadly.  You need to stop it.  I don't knock anyone who stands up for what they believe in, UNTIL its clearly time for them to go sit they ass down somewhere.  This is so disappointing because you're a great artist.  I understand that you are frustrated, but damn man, don't make things worse.  You dissolved from G.O.O.D. Music, that's cool.  You started your own label, Band Camp Music (like bandcamp.com, can they sue you for this, think about it) and I hope it takes off.  But until then...........and then follow that up with a little more.............!,  Peace Patna!

Consequence - Everybody Told Me To Straighten It Out” Diss to Kanye

Where the hell is Sully Sullenberger when you really need him, because this dude is about to crash and burn!

Memphis Bleek Does it "By Myself" over Meek's beat...

Let's be real, how many people be checking for Memphis Bleek in 2011.  Ever since homey did that track with T.I. (which was actually hot) back in 03' followed by the release of M.A.D.E, dude felt ashamed to call themselves Bleed fans.  Its no lie, even he knows it.  Which is why he's been on his grind lately.  The last couple of songs have been very Im-Trying-To-Find-Myself-But-Im-Too-Old-To-Look-Properly.  So, obviously, when I saw this song on Rapradar.com, I felt a bit sickly.  They nigga in me got mad at this nigga for doing rap nigga sh*t.  The Bleek Fan in me (yes I still bump his music) was trying to convince to hate in me to give this man a chance.  He's a got a new album coming out called The Process and maybe he's taking some time to actually make good music.  I hope its not Getting Over On Dumbasses Music.  They got Big Seans and Consequences...smh. So as worried as I am about this being just another Ble(a)k disappointment, I still pray its tolerable.  *Presses Play with blind hope*

"By Myself"

THEVERDICT: Bleek, Bleak, Bleeek...  What more can I say dude.  Some how, you've managed to survive in this game without any real financial worries.  Dudes always talk sh*t about how you suck on Jay's teet for sustenance, eventhough we all know if given the chance them dudes would pop one Ross's titties in they mouth given the right price of life.  You really don't have to do music anymore Bleek.  You could stop right now, and no one would be mad at you for it.  No one would even care.  But you still keep putting out music.  And well.....I think you should keep it up!  This song ain't no momumental, life altering, sound of glory and triumph.  But its far from re-tard.  You actually sat down and piece together some witty street lines and some play on words relative to current mainstream projects.  I applaud you man.  People are going to call this wack, because they don't like you.  Sometimes I don't like you, because you tend to make bad music.  But this isn't bad at all, and I hope theres more of this coming from what ever studio you're in.  Nothing Great, but... IT'S A KEEPER!

Rah Digga Shows You How to be an MC on "Made MC"

Yoooooooooooo!  A little bit of this, a Little bit of that, UGH!  I swear Rah Digga came out of no where man.  Its was like she'd been excavating the Moon or something and decided, "I think I'mma do rap again.  I know I still got it in me!"  And she Does.  Not only is she everywhere in the game doing something.  She's also making the game do things for her.  I'm reading that she's making her Debut on Made following in the foot steps of fellow female MC Jean Grae.  As a matter of fact, this song seems to be influence by that experience.  But besides that, she dropped a new album not too long ago. PLUS, she got a Smartphone Battle Rap App.  The app is called Straight Spittin' and it allows you to audio battle rap people across the world or do written raps and actually build up a Rep through a ranking system that could ultimately get you a battle with a famed MC and maybe? a deal. What About this song though? Let's give a listen....

"Made MC"

THEVERDICT:  For a person to step away from rap and come back as strong as Rah Digga is FEnomenal.  Not only has she been doing her own thing and making great business decisions, she's always helping new artists pave their own lanes.  Maybe you've heard of an up-n-coming artist named Rapsody?  Well if you haven't, just unfollow me now (oh wait this ain't twitter, my bad).  She did a song with Rapsody and 9th Wonder purely out of respect for Rapsody's mic skills.  Now that's Hip Hop!  However, is all that enough to make this song another step in the right direction for Rah on the mic....YES!  This track is dope.  Its got that old Rah Digga feel but it works in this era of rap.  She sounds the same but revamped with a new and smarter hunger.  The fact that she made a song about her experiences on MTV just makes me want to see this episode of MTV's Made that much more.  Keep doing your thing Ms. Digga, and we'll keep writing about you doing it!  IT'S A KEEPER!

Ludacris Talks to Sway About Future Films with Halle Berry...

Its cool that Sway and Luda are ACTUALLY FRIENDS in this dirty as industry.  Ludacris is actually doing a mixtape that he sounds really hyped about.  Did he say he titled his tape Jiggawatts!(Gigawatts)?  Wow, how dare they call Luda the new Flo-Rida. (smh).  Wow, he's doing a movie with Halle Berry?  And he got some Soul Headphones coming out!!  Yall gotta listen to this, Luda is a bizness man.  "It's Principles in this Game".

Tito Lopez pays Homage to Hip Hop Greats on "Bumpin' My Music"...

Tito Lopez, by way of Mississippi, is constantly getting more and more impressive with his drops.  First, there's the video of him freestyling in what looked to be Dr. Dre's kitchen.  How the hell he got in there past security, goons, and week smoke, I have no idea.  But he got in there and freestyled for the legendary Producer Dre, while Dre literally sipped Gin and Juice.  Now Tito's back with a track that pays homage to some of the best lines in hip hop.  Its not BITING YOU DUMBASSES, GO GET A F*CKIN DICTIONARY YOU TURD BRAIN MORONS.  If you're a real fan of the movement, you'll really dig this!

Emilio Rojas "I'm on one" Freestyle...Who's he Dissin?

I don't listen to as much Emilio Rojas as I should, because there's so much stuff out.  However, I've always respected his flow and his rapping ability because he takes the craft very seriously.  If you follow him on twitter you're already familiar with some of his "We need to stop with the sucker ass rappers" tweets.  Here, Emilio spits over Dj Khaled's song and I got say, the man has some stuff to get off his chest.  Its a pretty "f" you, "F" the world kind of delivery.  My biggest question though, "Who is the chick that started igging him when she got a reality show on VH1".  I have my speculations after doing a little research.  I think its Aubrey O'Day.  But...BUT!  It could be Mischa Barton.  If someone knows who it is, please hit me up at wheresmy40acres@gmail.com.

N.O.R.E. "Electrolytes" ft. Macy Gray (Prod. by Caviar)

Here's a new track from N.O.R.E. off his new album S.U.P.E.R.T.H.U.G. Yo, dude all these (.) is a bit overkillish.  On the track with him is Macy Gray (who?!?), that chick from Training Day who Alonzo Harris took the drug money from during an illegal search.  Oh yea, and she was a very popular singer here and in the U.K. back in the day.  I was actually surprised to see her any where near the spotlight let alone the Hip Hop spotlight.  So, what do yall think of this new sh*t.  Should it be Banned From TV, or more appropriately, radio?

THE VERDICT:  So Nore (man fug dem damn periods and sh*t) has been doing some real awful sounding stuff for the past couple of years man.  I use to be a huge Nore and Capone fan; The Reunion is still a Hood Classic!  Lets just say, I was not expecting much from this at all, especially with MIAcy Gray on it.  She's never rubbed me any type of right way with her music.  Her voice is like  Gilbert Godfrey singing to baby orphans in a wind tunnel while beating a bag of auto-tuned cats. Well, I have to say.....THIS SH*T IS A BANGER.  Who knew!  Nore still got it man.  Caviar produced a helluva beat.  And Macy has auto-toned down her voice.  This sounds like something that didn't make it onto God's Favorite, which had some good beats.  I'm glad that N.O.R.E. (he earned his periods back) can still execute in the studio and hopefully S.U.P.E.R.T.H.U.G. well have more bangers for the streets and the niggas who "Don't Like Having Sex, They Like Brain".  IT'S A KEEPER!
