“You don't forget the past because life is a learning process. If you forget those pasts, you may make the same mistakes again. Hindi ko sasabihing kinalimutan ko pero I have moved on and decided that past is past and you should be happy,” said Volks.

Criselda Volks said , “Yes, I do have regrets that if I could turn back time, I would probably do better things".

Criselda Volks longs to see her son whom she has not seen for a while now. Her son’s father was her ex-partner, actor Cris Villanueva. Volks said that her son is her only inspiration and strength to move on.

“The reason why I came here is to get my strength back and to get myself back together so I can be a better mom for him. I would not say I didn't try my best when I was with him. I have done some mistakes. If I go back, there would be so many things that I would do differently. I miss Raffa. He is my life and everything I am doing now is for him," she said.

Volks is hopeful that she will patch things up with Villanueva and hopes to be friends in the future.

Criselda Volks now works in Las Vegas as a promotional model as she tries to finish her bartending course.

“The difference now is it’s time to get up and get back on track. Criselda Volks now is more motivated more determined," she said.

Volks’ life in Vegas is far from her telenovela roles from the past. But she said she will continue to strive hard as she starts a new life.

He assisted the search but was detained at the airport Aug. 5 as he tried to leave the country because of questions about his account of what happened. A judge ruled Aug. 15 that there is enough evidence to hold Giordano for another 16 more days on suspicion of involvement in  Robyn Gardner's presumed death.

The Office of the Public Prosecutor released photos of  Robyn Gardner and Giordano on Aug. 11 to try to generate more leads or witnesses, but there weren’t many results, so these photos of the couple as well as the white Toyota RAV4 the couple rented were released.

Authorities have conducted searches on the island for  Robyn Gardner’s remains or evidence against Giordano.

A fisherman has said he saw the couple leave the beach together the day  Robyn Gardner disappeared.

So not only is there going to be another challenge mode, but you'll get to unlock the teams and actually put them against the 2011 Heat, OKC, or Mavs. Yea, I can co-sign on that! The Jordan Challenge mode was one of the more loathed additions to any NBA 2k game, so this is definitely another improvement. Damn, what ever happen to that other NBA game developer that dude use to debate me was better than the 2K Series. Now, what was the name of that elite gaming series? Oh well.....

Damn man. I can't even sit down to eat my freaking lunch without major moves being made in the rap game. I know Puffy...I mean Diddy...I mean Swag is flipping couches and kicking 3-Legged tumor ridden dogs in anger right now. You got to love how Pharrell did this. He never really made it known that he was also interested in signing the kid to his newly found label I Am Other. Google Plus Mass Deletion of Accounts?

A striking number of Google+ accounts have been deleted in the last 24 hours as the new social network struggles with its community standards policy around real names

Bill Noble writes,

To be clear, the stories we’re hearing so far are of people being suddenly frozen out of EVERYTHING, all their data and resources, not just one or a few Google functions. Given who we early adopters are, even a few more days of this unreasonable behavior could abort the whole G+ effort.
Others are indicating uneven application of punitive measures:

When my account was suspended it was only my profile. I could still get to Documents, Calendar and Gmail. My G+ Stream was still updating, I just couldn’t post to it.

It seems that Google Plus was NOT kidding about people having to use their real names. I just came across this article on ZDNET that is claiming Google Plus went all Xbox Live on its users last night and started deleting accounts with pseudonyms. This is crazy, IMO. Some of us, don't want everyone (employers, stalkers, trollers) to be able to track our internet movements. By throwing your real name out there, companies can watch what you do. This is my belief, and the reason why I don't use my real name on Facebook. I don't mind Google telling me I can't use a pseudonym and use Google Plus, I'll just remove myself from their social network, cool beans right? But from what I'm reading, Google may also be suspending Google accounts because of this (gMail, gReader, gEverything). People are also saying that having multiple G+ accounts due to multiple Gmail accounts is getting them suspended.

I don't know if that's true or not, but if it is, this has to be The Rapture!

Ja Rule Gets MORE Jail Time

 What is this, Lock-Up: Washed Up Rapper Week or something. DMX just  got out of prison due to a 90-Day reduced sentence and Ja Rule gets more time on top of time he already had. This is like True Life, and all we need is the Rapper who's currently serving prison time mid sentence. You know the one that's had time to adjust to his new home. Wow Ja! Not only does this guy have a 2 year sentence for previous charges, now he's a got a concurrent sentence of 28 months for tax evasion. If you're good at math, that means he picked up an extra 4 months on top of the 2 years (24 months). ANDDD!! He has to pay back $1.1M. Karma is a b*tch man. Should of never started singing like a back alley Tank and sh*t, brotha.

So Earl Simmons better known as DMX has been RE-re-re...re-released from prison. Mr. Simmons was released today from a Los Angeles prison after serving 18 days of a 90-Day sentence. But in actuality DMX was released from an Arizona prison after serving 6 months for parole violation due to substance abuse and basically went straight to prison in L.A. Those free prison meals must have crack in them. After watching DMX's Behind the Music, I just want this man to go somewhere and get some real help. He needs to be commited so he can stop getting arrested, or maybe we should just arrest him and commit him. "15 Million, NA-na na-na na!" Those were the days Earl....those were the days.
