Celina Cass: No Arrests

In spite of a $30,000 reward, and the recovery of the remains, no arrest has been effected yet in the criminal investigation into the death of Celina Cass.

There have been no published updated statements from family, nor from the step father of Celina Cass, Wendell Noyes, remains out of the public eye.

Due to confidentiality laws, medical and mental health facilities are not releasing information regarding him since he checked himself into a mental health facility early August.

Police have not revealed details on the truck driven by Noyes, and the investigation has been scaled down, with outside investigators numbers reduced throughout the last few weeks, including New Hampshire special investigators.

Celina's body was found wrapped in a blanket.

Previously, Noyes was charged with violating a protection order held by his ex girlfriend, and for criminal trespassing and hindering apprehension.  In the case, the judge declared Noyes "unfit" to stand trial.  The ex girlfriend reported that she was home sleeping when Noyes broke into the home, lifted her mattress, and threatened to throw her down the stairs.  At the time, the ex girlfriend's two children were at home.
